Only Fabentech and Fabentech’s client who use its services by installing it on its own website are recipients of your Personal Information. The Personal Information that Fabentech’s client receives concerns only information associated with its own interactive modules and its own use of Fabentech’s Service. 5-1. RIGHTS OF ACESS AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
You have the right to access the Personal Information about you.
However, due to the obligation for security and privacy when processing personal data that is incumbent on Fabentech, please be aware that your request will be processed, provided that you demonstrate your identity, namely by producing a scan of your valid identity document (when making a request via an email sent to our contact email address) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (when submitting a request in writing).
Fabentech hereby informs you that it shall be entitled, as applicable, to object to demands that are clearly abusive (due to their number, or repetitive or systematic nature),

5-2. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION OF DATA

6. RESPONSE TIMES
Fabentech undertakes to respond to your request for access, correction, or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable time frame which shall not exceed 1 month starting from receipt of your request.
7. AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TRANSPORT TO A NON-EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY
Fabentech hereby informs you that it makes use of authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of data that you have provided to us. These service providers may be located outside of the European Union and are provided data collected by means of the various forms found on the Website.
Fabentech has already ensured that its service providers have implemented sufficient guarantees for compliance with strict conditions relating to confidentiality, use, and data protection.
